In September 2023 I travelled to New York to visit my friend from university, Andrea. The Andrea I had known four years prior was disorganised, hilarious and chaotic, but since moving to New York, her OCD had become exacerbated, bordering on a cause for concern. Pockets: New York is the love letter to a pocket of life lived as I let my loveably neurotic tour guide Andrea whisk me around the one of the most scrambled cities in the world.
