Colour Separation Overlay is a poetic critique of UK Immigration policies and racism of the 1960s. Using the green screen technique coined by the BBC as "colour separation overlay" as a metaphor for systemic segregation and exclusion, this short explores the erratic nature of existing as a person of colour during a time of visceral oppression.
