ICA Award for
BEST EXPERIMENTAL SHORT
The winning filmmaker will receive a ‘reel 100’ membership worth £100 which includes all the benefits of an ICA membership, plus their name on a wall plaque and 12 free cinema tickets. ICA will host the winning film on their website and (length-permitting) screen in our trailer wheel for a week. Thanks to ICA.

BEST STUDENT SHORT
The winning filmmaker will receive a specialised course at London Film Academy.

Underwire Award for
BEST FEMALE CHARACTER
The winning filmmaker will receive a one-to-one mentorship meeting with a female director working in the industry.

Dirty Looks Award for
BEST MUSIC SHORT
The winning filmmaker will receive a full package picture grade and mastering for a short film including one day Baselight grade, DigiBeta and DCP (Digital Cinema) version and data files, courtesy of Dirty Looks.

BEST COMEDY SHORT

The winning filmmaker will receive a Delegate Pass for Doc/Fest 2014 as well as a free submission to the festival’s 21st edition.

BEST LO-BUDGET SHORT
Best Lo-Budget Film (sponsored by Lomography): TWO HORRIBLE LITTLE GIRLS (John Jenkinson) Jury: Kate Williamson, Gem Ahmet (Short Sighted Cinema) The winning filmmaker will receive a Lomography camera package containing a Lomokino and a multilens camera with film and a one to one workshop, courtesy of Lomography.
