Supporting emerging artists moving image, With Teeth the commissioning fund from the London Short Film Festival supported by Arts Council England - premieres three new short works, accompanied by each artist’s influences and inspirations.


PREMIERE: YOUR MOTHERS ARE MINE! dir. Kim Noce

A beautifully realised animated work exploring the complexities of the mother-daughter relationship. 

+ An experimental multimedia live performance with music by Paradise Yard Ensemble and projected live animation drawn by Noce, expanding the themes of the film through improvisation.


PREMIERE: IMAM PESMU DA VAM PEVAM/I HAVE A SONG TO SING YOU dir. Zoe Aiano

A wild and delicate documentary peeling back the layers of a life spent communicating with the dead.

Further Work dir. Zoe Aiano, showcasing her talent for visual ethnography on the border between documentary and art, social practice and experimentation. Including exclusive character excerpts from Imam Pesmu; Beautiful and Strange and New (2014) and in progress project Krampuskopf (2018).

A multi-screen fiction exploring the multiplicities of the image and female domesticity.
